We take responsibility for our products - not just when our customers use them but with the packaging after you’ve finished with them too. In other words for their life. Most brands are happy to do the former (like guaranteeing their product will work), but they are not at all keen on the latter (beyond printing a recycling logo on their bottles).
Caring about the whole product lifecycle concept makes Splosh revolutionary among home cleaning and home essentials brands. We believe that printing a recycling logo on a bottle just doesn’t cut it. It’s not a good enough solution to the problem of plastic waste, in fact it isn’t a solution at all.
Our aim is to bring waste from our products, like laundry detergents and dish wash liquids, as close as we can to zero. But we appreciate that we can only do this if using Splosh products is really easy. Easier, in fact, than buying and throwing away bottles from our competitors.
Splosh is based in the little town of Hay on Wye, at the foot of the Black Mountains in the Welsh Marches. The town is full of books and the countryside is full of sheep – we love it here.
